The figures this calculator uses are the ones fixed by the current federal rules – the fee tariff, the counselling fees, the filing fee, and the Superintendent’s levy – and the fee disclosure inside the calculator itemizes them plainly. The full derivation of every result sits behind the “Show the trustee’s math” button: the surplus-income test, the estate realization, the tariff, and the floor comparison. The calculator uses the figures you enter in your browser. When you calculate a result, the site can record that this calculator was used. The completion event does not include your figures.
